Creators found, qualified and signed. You just approve the shortlist.
I find, qualify and close content creators for your game on YouTube, TikTok and Discord. You approve the shortlist; I handle everything up to the signed deal, then hand it to you ready to post.
Free shortlist first. Then £300 per signed creator, agreed in writing before any outreach goes out. Nothing owed for creators who don't sign.
- Creators matched to your game and audience, not follower count
- Real engagement and audience overlap checked before outreach
- Rate and scope agreed so there's no back-and-forth
A shortlist comes back
Three things every studio says before they call.
Sponsored creator content is the growth lever everyone knows about and almost nobody has a repeatable process for.
Hours on YouTube, nothing to show
Someone on the team spends afternoons searching channels and cold-messaging creators. Most never reply, and the search starts again next month.
Replies from the wrong creators
The ones who do answer have the follower count but not the audience: wrong game, wrong region, or engagement that doesn't survive a closer look.
Rates negotiated one message at a time
Every creator wants a different deal, nobody knows what's fair, and the back-and-forth stalls the campaign before it starts.
Four things you get that you don't have today.
A process instead of a scramble, with you approving every step and none of the legwork.
A shortlist that fits
Creators matched to your game and your audience, checked for real engagement and audience overlap, with the numbers shown so you can see why each one is there.
Qualified before outreach
Nobody is contacted until you've approved them. Engagement, audience overlap and recent activity are checked first, so outreach goes to people who fit.
Rates and scope agreed
I negotiate a clear rate and deliverables, usually per video with a performance element, so there's no back-and-forth and no surprises later.
Signed and handed over
The deal is signed, the contact is yours, and the creator is ready to post. You keep the relationship; I can keep managing it if you'd rather.

What this looks like in practice.
One live engagement and two illustrations of how the same process runs for a studio and a brand. Illustrations are labelled as such.
Creator sourcing for a Minecraft server
Sourced, qualified and closed creators from YouTube and Discord communities matched to the server's audience, with outreach and rate negotiation handled end to end.
A studio with a launch date and no creator list
Brief taken two weeks before early access. Shortlist of twelve mid-size YouTube and TikTok creators in the game's genre, eight approved.
A brand that wanted creators, not billboards
Audience-first shortlist across three games the brand's buyers actually play, with engagement checked so the fee went to views, not follower counts.
Fit over follower count.
- Fit — Creators are chosen for audience overlap and real engagement, not the biggest number on the profile. A 20k channel that plays your game beats a 500k channel that doesn't.
- No surprises — You approve every creator before contact and every rate before it's agreed. The fee is £300 per signed creator and written down before outreach starts.
- Your relationship — Signed deals and contacts are handed to you. Nothing is locked behind me, and nothing carries on without you wanting it to.
How it works
Tell me about your game and where I can see it. I build a shortlist with the fit numbers shown, you approve who to contact, I run outreach and negotiation, and you get signed creators ready to post. Usually a few working days to a shortlist.
What it costs
The shortlist is free. Outreach and negotiation are charged at £300 per signed creator, agreed in writing before any message goes out. Nothing is owed for creators who don't sign, and there are no retainers.
Source. Qualify. Negotiate. Close.
Four steps, each one done for you, each one visible to you.
Source
Creators matched to your game and your audience, pulled from YouTube, TikTok and Discord communities rather than a generic influencer list.
DetailsQualify
Real engagement and audience overlap checked before any outreach, so the people contacted are the people who fit.

Rate and scope agreed so there's no back-and-forth, then a signed deal handed to you ready to post.

You approve the shortlist and the rates. Everything in between is handled.
Free shortlist
Tell me about your game and where I can see it. Within a few working days you get a shortlist of matched creators with fit numbers shown, and you pick who to contact.
Outreach and negotiation
I contact the creators you approved, agree rate and deliverables, and bring you the terms to sign off. The fee per signed creator is agreed before this starts.
Signed and handed over
Signed deals and contacts go to you, ready to post. Rates can be reviewed weekly against results if you want a performance element.
The questions studios ask first.
Which platforms do you source creators from?
YouTube, TikTok and Discord communities, matched to where your players actually are. If your audience lives somewhere else, say so and I'll look there.
What does it cost?
The shortlist is free. If you want me to run outreach and negotiation, it's £300 per signed creator, agreed in writing before any message goes out. No retainers and nothing owed for creators who don't sign.
Do I have to approve every creator?
Yes. Nobody is contacted until you've approved them on the shortlist, and no rate is agreed without your sign-off.
Who owns the relationship with the creator?
You do. I introduce, negotiate and close, then hand the signed deal and the contact to you, ready to post. If you'd rather I keep managing it, that can be arranged separately.
How long does a shortlist take?
Usually a few working days from the brief. Larger or more niche games can take a little longer, and I'll tell you up front if that's the case.
What kind of games and brands do you work with?
Anything with a community: indie and mid-size PC and console games, mobile titles, Minecraft and Roblox servers, and brands selling to gamers. If you're not sure you fit, send the brief anyway.
Your brief, your creators, your data.
Sourcing creators for you means holding some information about your game and your campaign. These are the rules I work to.
Nothing published without you
Your game, your budget and your plans stay between us. Case studies are only written with written permission, and never before launch.
Creators are told who you are, when you say so
Outreach names your game only once you've approved the creator. Until then, nothing leaves the shortlist.
You see the numbers
Fit scores, engagement checks and agreed rates are shared with you in a simple sheet. No black box.
Contacts belong to you
Every signed creator's details are handed over. If we stop working together, you keep the list.
One point of contact
You deal with me throughout. No account managers, no hand-offs.
Deleted when we're done
Briefs and shortlists for campaigns that don't go ahead are deleted after twelve months.
Tell me about your game.
I'll put together a shortlist of matched creators so you can see the fit before committing to anything. No call needed.
