What the process produces.

One live engagement, described with the client's permission, and two illustrations of how the same process runs for a studio and a brand. The illustrations are labelled and are not named clients.

Minecraft server · YouTube and Discord · ongoing

Creator sourcing for a Minecraft server

The server needed sponsored creator content to grow but had no repeatable way to find creators. Searching YouTube manually and cold messaging people ate hours a week and mostly went nowhere. The ones who did reply weren't always the right fit, and negotiating rates alone slowed everything down.

  • Sourced creators directly from YouTube and Discord communities matched to the server's audience
  • Qualified each one for fit before any outreach went out
  • Handled outreach and rate negotiation end to end
  • Negotiated a per-video rate with a performance bonus, reviewed weekly against channel results
OutcomeCreator sourcing is now a repeatable process instead of a manual scramble. The first creator closed at $10 per video with a $10 performance bonus at 10k views, with the rate reviewed weekly against channel results. The partnership is ongoing.
IllustrationIndie PC game · launch window

A studio with a launch date and no creator list

Two weeks before early access, with a small marketing budget and nobody free to search for creators. The brief was the Steam page and a sense of who the game was for.

  • Shortlist of twelve mid-size YouTube and TikTok creators in the genre, fit numbers shown
  • Eight approved by the studio, all contacted in the studio's name
  • Per-video rates with a bonus at a view threshold
OutcomeSix signed before launch, content live in week one, contacts handed to the studio.
IllustrationGaming peripherals brand

A brand that wanted creators, not billboards

A brand selling to gamers had tried a generic influencer platform and paid for follower counts. The brief was to find creators whose audiences actually buy the kind of thing the brand sells.

  • Audience-first shortlist across three games the brand's buyers play
  • Engagement checked so the fee went to views, not follower counts
  • Performance element agreed on every deal
OutcomeFour signed deals tracked against a shared sheet, renewed the following quarter.

Every brief starts with your game and ends with signed creators ready to post. If yours is too niche for a good shortlist, I'll tell you before you spend anything.
