How it works

Four steps, done for you, visible to you.

You approve the shortlist and the rates. Everything in between, the searching, the checking, the messaging and the negotiating, is handled.

1Step one · free

Source

Creators matched to your game and your audience, pulled from the places your players actually are: YouTube channels, TikTok creators and Discord communities in your genre.

Where I look

  • YouTube channels in your genre and adjacent ones
  • TikTok creators posting your kind of game
  • Discord communities and the creators active in them
  • Recommendations from creators already on the list

What you get

  • A shortlist with each creator's platform, size and recent activity
  • The audience-overlap number for each one, so you can see why they're there
  • A simple sheet you can comment on and approve
2Step two · before any outreach

Qualify

Follower count is the least useful number on a profile. Each creator is checked for real engagement, audience overlap with your game and whether they're actually posting, before anyone is contacted.

What I check

  • Views and comments relative to subscribers, not just the headline number
  • Audience overlap with your game or genre
  • Posting frequency and recent activity
  • Past sponsored content and how it landed

What you get

  • Only creators who fit, with the reasons written down
  • Your approval on every name before contact
  • Fewer, better conversations
3Steps three and four · £300 per signed creator

Negotiate and close

I run the outreach and agree rate and deliverables with each creator you approved, usually per video with a performance element, then bring you terms to sign off. The signed deal and the contact are handed to you ready to post.

What I handle

  • First contact and follow-ups in your name, once approved
  • Rate and scope negotiation against a fair market benchmark
  • Performance elements such as a bonus at a view threshold
  • The written agreement, ready for both sides to sign

What you get

  • Signed creators, ready to post
  • Contacts and agreements handed to you
  • Optional weekly rate review against channel results
  • Nothing owed for creators who don't sign
Process

From brief to first video.

Most engagements run in this order. Bigger campaigns just repeat it.

01

Send the brief

Your game, where I can see it, who it's for and roughly what you'd pay per creator. Five minutes.

02

Shortlist in a few days

Matched creators with fit numbers shown. You approve who to contact.

03

Fee agreed in writing

£300 per signed creator, before any message goes out.

04

Outreach and negotiation

Approved creators contacted, rates and deliverables agreed, terms brought to you.

05

Signed and handed over

Deals and contacts go to you, ready to post.

06

Review and repeat

Rates reviewed weekly against results if you want a performance element. Next shortlist whenever you're ready.
